This is one of the skills that's been sharpened over the course of my career. Perfect layouts, consistent naming conventions, and clean commit history. The details are where good work becomes great.
Adaptability
Tech moves fast. I pick up new tools, frameworks, and paradigms quickly, and I've learned to stay calm when requirements shift mid-build.
Communication
I can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without losing the nuance. Whether it's a PR review or a client call, clarity matters.
